Terms of Service – Cook N’Eat AI
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Cook N’Eat AI (“the App”), developed by Legna Labs (“we”, “us”).
1. Use of the app
By installing or using Cook N’Eat AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Account and access
Some features may require creating an account or signing in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account credentials. Optional account sync, including Google sign-in, is provided to help keep your recipes, meal history, and preferences available across supported sessions.
3. Your content
You remain the owner of the recipes, notes, meal logs, food preferences, and other content you create or store in the app. You grant us a limited right to process this content only as needed to provide the service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful or harmful activities
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
- Misuse AI features in ways that violate applicable laws
5. No medical or dietary advice
Cook N’Eat AI is provided for informational and organisational purposes only. It can estimate ingredients, quantities, calories, protein, carbs, fat, goals, and trends, but it does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Always review interpreted meal data before saving it, use your own judgement, and consult appropriate professionals when needed.
6. Eggs and paid features
Eggs are the app’s premium action currency. Some Eggs may be earned through free rewards, and some may be available through paid Egg packs. Egg availability, pricing, and included actions may change over time.
7. Service changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the app at any time, for example to add features, fix issues, or improve performance.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legna Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
